Exciting times as we complete our certifications and assemble a fantastic clinical team. We have formed referral relationships with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Wound Care nurse. We are also building a partnership with a primary care House Call Practice to help manage our the care of our clients who have difficulty leaving the house. We aim to take on our first patients in January 2014!
